Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To provide the best service to all our clients, we require adherence to the following policy: Rescheduling Only: We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments or services. If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule it in accordance with the terms below. 48-Hour Notice Required: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment without penalty. To Reschedule: Please contact us by email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Credit for Rescheduled Appointments: If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, any payment made for the original appointment will be applied as a credit towards your rescheduled appointment. This credit must be used within 60 days from the original appointment date, or it will be forfeited. Less Than 48-Hour Notice / No-Shows: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of any payment made for that appointment. A new payment will be required to book a future appointment. We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from providing 48 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
